Comments:  Excellent. More than the entire humanity the Indians need knowing, understanding and identifying their origins. My efforts has been since the day I became a born again Hindu to make people aware of the manipulation and deliberate distortion of Hindu history by the English, and then by our own Indian historians (leftiest leaning -dittoing - Western views) accepting and expanding European views further. Our schools teach Greek and European histories but negleting our own rich civilization. Your website is enhancing my own effort in the direction and I pray you keep it up. I shall also add link in my website www.bornagainhindus.org. OM SHANTI

As you are aware, Bramh - is the eternal god, Brahma is the god of creation and Brahman is the priest class person. Kindly correct it since it is slightly misleading.

After all , the imperialists colonised TO loot the world under the guise of " civilising these cultures " I hope that your paper is widely read -- knowledge is to be shared as our forefathers many millenia ago understood and did Best Wishes bn

Comments:  You have done a great service to our great religion. Salutations to you. Instead of killing people in the name of a temple, the hindu organisations could have gone to educate the new generation about the heritage and the achievements of our forefathers. The invaders, be it muslims or europeans have destroyed our culture and have caused severe damage to our thought process. Our present educational system is not teaching the children the greatness of our ancient heritage. We should come out withsuch websites to benefit the coming generations about the knowledge of our great history.

Can you give me a specific reference to this hyme? I have read this verse somewhere on internet and also in a book "Lost Years of Jesus" by Elizabeth Prophet, but no specific reference given. I hope you have realized that the Gospel of St. John (either chapter 1 or 4) opens with this: "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God." This is an exact translation of above Sanskrit verse. Keep up the good work.

I wish people in the world one day would realise this is what Hiduism means and not the brutaliy displayed by VHP in the form of retaliation shown in the state of Gujarat recently. The real values of a great culture will be and should be alive..If there are misconceptions they should be removed. Truth alone would survive and there is no reason to be unduly protective of a failing logic. The values did survive and would survive. SATYMEVA JAYATE!! Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya), Dharamchakra at Sarnath (Near Varanasi), Trikatuka, Jetvana (nearShravasti which is about 30 miles from Gorakhpur). Here is what Mahmud Bakhtiar wrote when he destroyed a temple near Vikramshila Univ.: In the middle of the city there was a temple larger and firmer than the rest, which can neither be described nor painted. If any should wish to construct a building equal to this, he would not be able to do it without expending an 100,000 red dinars, and it would occupy 200 years, even though the most experienced and able workmen were employed. Some of my suggestions are -it does not contain information about the origin of the major gods and goddess namely the trimurthy and their consorts. many people dont know abt it or there are many people with many misconceptions. it would surely help if you could incorporate that in the site with accurate research. i shall try and give my inputs myself whenever possible if it can help.
